If I have Fragile X - associated primary ovarian insufficiency (FXPOI), can I get pregnant?

Many women who are FMR1 premutation carriers can get pregnant. However, all premutation carriers are at risk to have children with Fragile X syndrome so should meet with a genetic counselor to discuss reproductive issues.
